Maker ships Omni, a free Mac app where each Claude Code agent owns one job
itslitman · reddit · 2026-09-09
A Reddit developer released Omni, a Mac + iPhone app that gives each Claude Code agent its own persistent conversation and a single responsibility, fixing the pain of restarting context every session.
- Each bot runs real Claude Code locally on your Mac with your own Claude account; Omni has no AI of its own and Codex also works
- The author's bots look after his feedback board, website, growth and analytics; in a demo, two agents coordinate a release between themselves, needing only one decision from him
- Free, no account, but the Mac must stay awake with Omni open
- The app itself was built with Claude Code
