Claude Code v2.1.265 fixes subagent prompt-cache reuse and plugin path security bug

Claude Code v2.1.265 ships with telemetry fields (user.email, user.groups), plugin folder loading for --plugin-dir, a 1 GB cap on saved tool results, and fixes for prompt-cache reuse broken by resumed subagents, safe resume after process death, a symlink containment bypass on macOS/Linux, plus assorted UI and VS Code session fixes.
