Nikita Bier spent a weekend using AI to explore property renovation ideas — feeding it land and soil surveys (plus Zillow and satellite data), every generated concept came out basically construction-ready.
His thesis: far fewer intermediaries will sit between consumers and last-mile labor, and custom fabrication (electronics, clothing, home fixtures) will boom as design and engineering costs collapse. Aarthi Ramamurthy says she went from years of sketchbooks to a real custom build in 60 days, no middlemen.
