QACMAN turns any text into a playable Pac-Man maze that still scans as a QR code

QACMAN is an indie project that turns any text or URL into a playable Pac-Man maze that remains a scannable QR code: paths are carved through modules using Level-H error correction, so clearing the maze yields a valid QR code. It supports keyboard/touch controls, ghosts, autoplay, video capture, and web embedding. The author reports a 20x algorithm speedup, letting much larger QR codes generate smoothly.
