Magic, likely the world's smallest team training trillion-parameter models, is hiring

Magic says it may be the world's smallest team training trillion-parameter models, arguing the leverage of a single person with strong judgment has never been higher, and is hiring to help build aligned superintelligence.
Its roadmap: scale RL with long context to teach agents test-time learning; run RL against the model's own latent knowledge of its intent for stronger theoretical alignment properties; further pretraining improvements — then release the model.
The careers page stresses a small, hands-on team focused on safely deploying AGI, with competitive salary and equity, 401K matching, unlimited PTO, and a multi-stage hiring process including a take-home assessment.
