Netlify adds GPT-6 Astra, Gemini 3.8 Flash, Claude Fable 5.1 to AI Gateway, fixes Agent Runner credits

Netlify shipped GPT-6 Astra, Gemini 3.8 Flash, and Claude Fable 5.1 across its AI Gateway and Agent Runners with zero configuration — callable via the OpenAI SDK in Netlify Functions without key management. Agent Runners also gained smarter scoping: ambitious new-project prompts now build a partial working version with next-step plans instead of exhausting the credit budget and getting cancelled mid-run.
