Broad Institute ships four linked genetic variant AI resources plus an agent skill
tfgg2 · x · 2026-09-08
Researchers from the Broad Institute released four interlinked resources for joint prioritization and interpretation of genetic variants: AG predictions, the AVI score, feature attributions, and a motif compendium.
The team notes these become even more powerful when AI agents can use them, so they also released an agent skill — with a demo video showing it running inside Google Antigravity.
