Google DeepMind announced AlphaGenome Atlas, a 1-petabyte atlas of predicted molecular effects covering all 9 billion possible single-letter DNA changes in the human genome.
The resource lets researchers look up predicted molecular consequences of any point mutation at scale, potentially accelerating genetics research and functional genomics without exhaustive wet-lab experiments.
