ST's new CubeMX2 brings a slick, "cyberpunk" UI to STM32C5 and newer chips (legacy MCUs unsupported), but prominent embedded devs are pushing back: @i2cjak and yacineMTB argue you should skip CubeMX entirely and build on Zephyr RTOS, calling the tooling "non-LLM-driveable." In the AI-assisted era, whether a toolchain can be operated by coding LLMs is becoming a real selection criterion for embedded work.
