GptZone publishes 1,000+ pieces monthly and hands post-publish analytics to an agent

Spanish AI media outlet GptZone publishes over 1,000 pieces monthly across its site, newsletter and social channels, and found the bottleneck wasn't content creation but post-publish analysis: which articles perform, which topics drive clicks, what becomes a newsletter, what needs updating.
Using ChatGPT helped, but the team still had to gather data, feed context and convert recommendations into tasks. Their fix: delegate the entire post-publish workflow to an agent named Viktor, collapsing 5 separate analysis/adaptation tasks into one delegated workflow. Key lesson: agents pay off when they own the whole pipeline, not single questions.
