SeeDance 2.5 FLF2V mode outputs odd 1178x786 instead of the promised 720p

A video creator found SeeDance 2.5 on Comfy Cloud outputs inconsistent resolutions: Reference to Video mode returns a standard 1280x720, but First and Last Frame to Video mode — also set to 720 — outputs a non-standard 1178x786 from the same 1536x1024 inputs. The mismatch broke their After Effects workflow (comp set to 1280x720), forcing upscaling or artifacts, at a cost of 1200-2400 tokens ($5-10) per run. They also note Comfy tech support took 42 days to reply to their previous ticket.
