Agents automate the boring high-leverage work — and veterans benefit most

@sloppenheimer coins 'gerred's paradox': dirty, high-leverage, boring tasks are now largely automated by agents. Ironically, those best positioned to benefit are the people who used to do that work — their experience tells agents where the bodies are buried. This is the age of rolling up sleeves, not the age of the idea guy.
