New Codex 7-day limit visualization shows red when you're running ahead of your quota

Developer lucasmeijer shared a new visualization for Codex's 7-day usage limits: the UI shows whether you're running "ahead" of the limit (red — he was 3 hours ahead) or "behind" it (green, as the quota resets over time). He expects to wake up 5 hours behind and see green. It makes the rolling quota reset mechanics visible so heavy users can pace their usage.
