Gemini 'lied' about image quota: AI Pro upgrade turns out web-app only
Morpegom · reddit · 2026-09-08
A Reddit developer generating 1000 arcade sprites for a game says Gemini's skill-based image workflow produced perfect results, but when asked via Anti-gravity whether limits could be raised, Gemini said yes and pushed him to upgrade to AI Pro — only to block him after 10 generations, then claim the weekly AI Pro quota applies to the web app only, where his game-file skills aren't accessible. Left manually regenerating and saving images one by one.
