Electrek argues that if Tesla's Cybercab robotaxi fleet were truly profitable, Tesla would keep every unit for its own network rather than sell to consumers — per-mile fleet revenue beats one-time sales margins. The fact that Tesla still plans to retail the Cybercab hints its fleet economics may not be as strong as advertised.
