Dario Amodei (@DarioCpx) highlighted that Anthropic's newly disclosed S-1 filing contains the most absurd capital structure he has ever seen.
PAstynome comments that this is the most bizarre governance structure around, and is amazed that capital markets are not discounting Anthropic's valuation for it — a new form of 'special providence' in Silicon Valley where investors refuse to punish AI companies for strange governance.
