Zhidongxi reports that Hefei-based Zhongke Leinao has closed a nine-figure (yuan) B+ strategic round led by CRRC Capital, with Ginkgo Valley, Shuimu Fund and Tus-Innovation participating—its fifth raise since 2017.
- Funds will go to Token factory inference optimization, a game-theoretic compute-power scheduling brain, and scaling plus overseas expansion.
- Founded out of the national Brain-Inspired Intelligence lab by 90s-born CEO Liu Haifeng, the company manages 5,000+ P of compute at 90%+ utilization and serves 100+ substations across 10+ provinces.
- Its "1+3" compute-power platform couples a decision brain with power (spot trading, PUE optimization, VPP), compute (heterogeneous chip pooling) and Token (kernel compilation, KV Cache tiering, inference optimization) subsystems.
- Claimed results: 2–3x cluster Token throughput, 90%+ heterogeneous utilization, 20% lower datacenter power costs.
