Follow-up to Astra Pro's lithography self-assessment: the model says it "cannot substantiate a claim that it would halve China's lithography timeline," but also sees no technical justification for the opposite presumption — that missing incumbent know-how largely neutralizes advanced AI once the problem touches hardware.
