Against the mainstream 'AI replaces coding' narrative, the author argues non-technical workers are more at risk: AI takes on technical tasks while giving technical people far more capacity to build. Those who can set up digital workflows and assess results scale much further, while non-technical work still bottlenecks on human coordination — faster deck generation doesn't speed up meetings, decisions, and alignment.
