The author had his AI assistant Instinct reorganize 20 years of Google Drive—15,000 files, 500+ GB—in 15 minutes: 1,590 moves into 9 folders, zero deletes, 642 duplicates quarantined, a full reversible snapshot, and a README explaining its system. It also flagged what it wouldn't touch (a 48GB orphaned backup, 4,583 files owned by others). He'd previously used it to ship website changes from a screenshot, back up to GitHub, and cancel 4 forgotten subscriptions.
