Researcher: AI review tool quickly exposed non-novel claims in an OOD paper

AI researcher Anton Obukhov shared how an AI-assisted review workflow, suggested by Torsten Sattler, became a game changer for him: given the most out-of-distribution paper possible, the tool quickly showed that its claimed novelties weren't actually novel. He estimates doing the same SOTA research manually in that unfamiliar domain would have taken him a day or two. CSProfKGD is awaiting validation results of the approach.
