Developer uses Claude Code to build a tiny 10k tok/s CPU model, shares 3 findings

Developer Gregory Diamos needed an outrageously small neural net running at 10k tokens/sec on CPU for data processing. Instead of building it by hand, he gave Anthropic's Claude Code a large token budget to construct one.

The exercise surfaced three interesting discoveries (detailed in the attached image). His takeaway: the industry should revisit extremely small neural networks for high-throughput data pipelines, where tiny models can be a pragmatic engineering choice over large models.
