Quoting a post arguing Anthropic should identify and fire whoever was involved in a recent incident, jachiam0 objects to the casual Twitter pile-ons demanding people get fired over perceived transgressions, calling it quasi-abusive and unreasonable toward both OpenAI and Anthropic.
