Gemini guardrails so strict that even Humpty Dumpty gets blocked
MattytheWireGuy · reddit · 2026-09-07
A Gemini Pro subscriber reports Google's image generation guardrails are out of control: a coloring page of Humpty Dumpty on a wall was rejected for violating third-party interests, and even rephrasing to 'anthropomorphic egg' failed. Other users say nearly any cartoon prompt trips 'harm to children' filters; a prompt with just the word 'fist' was rejected. Many consider it near unusable.
