Per The Information, Mira Murati's Thinking Machines Lab is raising $5-6B at a pre-money valuation of at least $40B, less than two years after founding, with annualized revenue of at least a few hundred million dollars. Nvidia is reportedly discussing a $2.5B investment, and Accel is in talks to lead the round.
