Tesla Cybercab prototype spotted testing on Seattle streets

A user spotted a Tesla Cybercab driving on the streets of Seattle. The steering-wheel-free, pedal-free robotaxi prototype has mostly been seen in California, so its appearance in Seattle suggests Tesla may be expanding real-world road testing to more cities.
