Memory is only half the moat: the harder problem is verifiable agent authority

Responding to Ashwin Gop's argument that memory becomes the moat as models and execution get commoditized, the author contends memory is only half of it. The harder problem is making "what matters" verifiable: was it stated or inferred, from what evidence, is it still current, what actions does it authorize, and can another agent verify it after a handoff? He proposes the framework Language → Execution → Judgment → Authority, with provenance as the substrate underneath.
