- FSD identifies and reacts to objects roughly 8-10 seconds ahead, while top Chinese systems manage only 5-6 seconds.
- Their response latency after detection is significantly longer, which can cause abrupt braking or a lack of proactive avoidance even with multi-sensor fusion.
