Per the Financial Times, Travis Kalanick's Atoms is developing robotaxi technology. The company acquired Anthony Levandowski's Pronto and hired him, while Uber has invested $100M in Atoms. The poster jokes one could build a venture firm on a "we only invest in spite companies" thesis.
