Robot dog project Biscotti ships Simmy v2: train in sim, deploy to reality

Biscotti released version 2 of its robot dog simulator, Simmy (v03), with improved performance and a 'train in simmy, deploy to reality' sim-to-real training pipeline. The web demo features an interactive physics simulation of a Boston Dynamics Spot body with WASD walking, jumping, and tail-wag controls plus body/policy checks.
