The asc CLI keeps rounding out App Review workflows: you can now prepare reply drafts without sending.
- Command: asc web review drafts create --app APPID --thread-id THREADID --body-file ./reply.txt --confirm — the body is read from a local file
- Unsent drafts also have update and delete subcommands
