The asc CLI's Xcode Cloud support grows again: you can now persistently set the next build number.
- Command: asc web xcode-cloud settings next-build-number set --product-id PRODUCTID --value 102 --confirm
- The value must increase; asc reads it back and only succeeds when the requested number is confirmed, avoiding uncertain states
