ChatGPT Plus users report weekly usage still capped at ~5 hours after upgrade

An Arabic-speaking user (@aziz4ai) reports that after re-upgrading to ChatGPT Plus, the quota is unchanged — still only about 5 hours of heavy usage per week — questioning whether OpenAI quietly kept Plus limits the same. He says he'll keep probing the limits with a test account. Frustration over unchanged Plus quotas is growing among users.
