The official changelog only mentions bug fixes and reliability improvements, but prompt stats reveal real changes — one new prompt file (+6.2%) and 6,198 more prompt tokens (+16.0%). System-type tokens rose from 75.6% to 79.0% of the mix while tools tokens fell from 24.4% to 21.0%, suggesting Anthropic is rebalancing system prompts versus tool descriptions.
