Tesla's Cybercab is designed so blind riders can travel alone, right down to Braille controls

Tesla designed the Cybercab for blind passengers to ride fully independently. The door release features a warning-triangle icon and Braille reading OPEN: lift lightly for the butterfly door, pull to the second detent for the mechanical emergency release that works even with zero power. An overhead Braille STOP button between the dome lights requests an immediate pull-over, ends the ride, and connects to Robotaxi Support. With no steering wheel, pedals, or driver, these tactile controls are the core of the accessibility design.
