ChatGPT Android app hides the Codex menu but works via manually paired remote sessions

Edward Z. Yang, a core PyTorch developer, reported an odd bug: the ChatGPT Android app never shows the Codex menu entry, yet drops him straight into Codex if he manually pairs a remote session. The feature works on Android — its entry point is just hidden, pointing to a client-side logic issue.
