Open-source llms-robot-arena pits AI-written robot brains against each other in battle
Several-Specialist42 · reddit · 2026-09-05
An open-source project called llms-robot-arena gives different AI coding models identical rules, has each write a robot's brain, then runs battles in a hostile arena. Bots run entirely on the code the models wrote (no live control), all physically identical, with reproducible seeds. Different models produce noticeably different strategies — aggressive, cautious, good positioning, or terrible decisions. Live demo and code available.
