Alibaba's Qwen launched a Token Plan subscription for individuals starting at $6/month. One plan covers every modality: Qwen3.8-Max for agentic tasks, HappyHorse1.1 for video generation, and new voice models, plus built-in Harness tools and official skills spanning inference to agent orchestration.
Three tiers: Lite (1-2 concurrent agents), Standard (4x credits, 3-4 agents), Pro (16x credits, 6-8 agents), with Individual and Team editions and monthly/quarterly/yearly billing. It works with mainstream tools speaking OpenAI and Anthropic protocols — Qwen Code, Cline, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Codex and more — and bundles an AI coding assistant and deep research reports.
