astra-advisor plugin taps GPT-6 Astra for multi-agent orchestration in Codex
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-09-05
Developer Daniel Mac released astra-advisor, a free open-source Codex plugin, claiming GPT-6 Astra was trained end-to-end for multi-agent orchestration (undocumented/unverified).
- The plugin lets Astra route any OpenAI model at any reasoning effort for bounded deliverables, planning work and owning verification
- Ships dynamic subagents (Sol, Terra, Luna) that can run alongside the parent session
- Limitation: ChatGPT Work cloud createthread omits model/thinking params, so no model-pinned dispatch there by default
- Available on GitHub (DannyMac180/astra-advisor)
