A heavy US user of an AI generation product bought six $500 credit packs (about $3,000) since early August, kept a $50/month subscription running, placed 34 orders since March, and logged 38,000 generations. The takeaway: you can't identify whale users in advance — cast a wide net and retain them once they appear.
