Dev builds Blender addon that rains on your viewport and makes you wipe droplets with the mouse

A developer is building a quirky Blender addon that wets the viewport with rain droplets, obscuring the scene — you have to physically wipe the droplets away with your mouse to keep working. It can even sync with real-world weather: when it rains outside, your viewport gets wet too. More delightful novelty than productivity tool.
