A Reddit user describes running GPT 6 Astra (Medium) to review and optimize a side project: in just 10 minutes it consumed an entire 5-hour usage window plus 15% of the weekly allowance. While it made real progress and landed commits, the author argues Astra isn't a fit for $20-tier users. He plans to let the agent run again at 2am switched to the cheaper Astra (Light) mode to see if it helps.
