AI Agent Plays Rimworld, Writing Its Own Mods and Taking Notes as It Learns

Developer jxnlco tested an AI agent playing the simulation game Rimworld and found it far better than the earlier Sol-based approach. Per his follow-up, the agent runs a full loop: it plays the game, writes its own mods to gain control over the game, restarts it, and takes notes as it learns — a striking demo of long-horizon autonomy and tool-building in open-ended environments.
