Backed by Hillhouse in three rounds, Fullive.ai launches Somni sleep hardware to train a 'response model'

Fullive.ai, an AI hardware startup founded months ago, has raised three rounds (Hillhouse, Zhiyuan Robotics, China Merchants Capital). Its first product Somni is a screen-free, wearable-free bedside sleep device closing the loop: mmWave radar and mic arrays sense breathing and heart rate, then sound/light/scent interventions adjust nightly based on physiological feedback. The company's long-term bet is a 'ResponseLearning' paradigm — learning how humans react to interventions — aiming toward a physiological world model.
