Astra generates 1000x1000 SF panorama in one shot, MC Bench declared dead

Aizkmusic congratulates OpenAI and declares the image-quality benchmark MC Bench officially saturated and dead: using Astra on the medium setting with two shots, the model generated a 1000x1000 panorama of as much of San Francisco as it could fit — too large even to capture in a screenshot.
He admits he hasn't tested Fable on generations this large, but argues it no longer matters since the benchmark has mostly been maxed out, and looks forward to whatever evaluation comes next.
