WIP lipsync test: ref2vid renders 15s of 2K video in 8 minutes

Developer Kyrannio shares a work-in-progress test of lipsync combined with layered compositing using a ref2vid pipeline. He reports fairly good outputs at relatively fast speed, but notes it still takes about 8 minutes to render 15 seconds of 2K video, and expects quality to improve substantially.
