LifeArchitect: GPT-6 Astra solves all hidden ALPrompt tests, deemed proto-ASI
dralandthompson · x · 2026-09-05
Dr Alan D. Thompson's special-edition memo on GPT-6 Astra:
- Architecture: GPT-6 uses a recurrent-depth / looped transformer-like architecture for a major capability jump; Thompson classes it as proto-ASI alongside Claude Mythos 5 and Fable 5.
- ALPrompt retired: Astra solved all of his hidden, PhD-verified ALPrompt tests, including three 2026H2 questions no frontier model had ever answered correctly (e.g. deducing a European city from a kettle boiling at 287C at sea level). Claude Fable 5.1 solves none of them.
- His AGI gauge now reads 98%, ASI lagging indicators 2/50.
