astra-advisor hits GitHub: a Codex plugin for dynamic subagent routing and verification

The astra-advisor repo (DannyMac180/astra-advisor) is now public. It's a Codex plugin for capability-routed software delivery: GPT-6 Astra plans the work, dynamically picks a native subagent model and effort level for each bounded deliverable, and owns verification and acceptance.
A noted limitation: ChatGPT Work cloud createthread must omit model and thinking params, so arbitrary model/effort control can't be promised there; Astra skips model-pinned dispatch in that environment by default.
