Chemist Chaitanya Jain tests Rosalind Workbench on a grand biochemistry challenge: can a pure LLM—no other design models as tools—read scientific literature, reason about geometry, and design de novo RNA for the RNA World Hypothesis, benchmarked via eternagame's new Replicase design challenge. She also lists the plugins she wants: structure and sequence-alignment visualization, access to boltzbio and tamarindbio, better paywalled-paper and figure parsing.
