Codex adds voice to existing threads: talk through PRs with the agent that wrote them

OpenAI announced that voice is now available in existing Codex threads. Developers can speak directly with the agent that wrote a PR—debating architecture, clarifying implementation, or planning next steps—then hand off back to autonomous work once the back-and-forth is done.
